Wild Mother

Wild Mother is a monthly women’s circle held in the foothills of California. It moves around from Amador, Calaveras, and Tuolumne counties but its home base is located in San Andreas.

Wild Mother is for women in their childbearing years. We focus on supporting mothers with young children, pregnant mothers, maidens trying to conceive, mothers looking for community, and any combination in between. It is a space for mothers and women who want to support mothers can come and be together for the day.

A typical Wild Mother gathering can look like this:

10 am-12 pm - dedicated time for our Village Prenatal portion. This is a time for expecting mothers to receive love and support from the group, discuss fears or struggles they are experiencing in their pregnancy, listen to the baby’s heartbeat, participate in a womb connection meditation, and more!

12 pm - 1 pm - bigger kiddos welcome after 12pm to give quiet space for the Village Prenatal, general socializing, eating, sharing stories, setting up for barter market, etc.

1 pm - 3 pm-ish - barter market, clothing swap, kiddos playing outside, visiting, connecting, snaking, enjoying each other’s company
