Join us on Wednesday, May 1st for a Beltane celebration. This special Wild Mother gathering is a collaboration with Haircare Apothecary and will be held on a magical private property in Angels Camp (address provided after registration).

Beltane is the celebration of the fertility of Spring and the bounty of the coming Summer. It falls about halfway between the spring equinox, Ostara, and the coming summer solstice, Litha. During this gathering, we will focus on how we nurture ourselves and tend to the fertility in our lives both figuratively and literally.

As we lead up to the event, try to find moments to slow down and ask yourself:

• What am I cultivating in my life?

• What do I want to be fertile in my life?

• And what needs attention to make this a reality?

You can look forward to a day of brushing, braiding, and sisterhood. We can all be May queens while we braid ribbon into each other’s hair and make our crowns with woven bits of ribbon and flowers. This is to be an embodied experience through each other and ourselves.

Things you could bring to contribute to the day:

• A snack, beverage, or potluck dish to share

• A blanket or pillow to sit on in circle

• Any hair brushing tools you like (mixed media brushes are suggested)

• Hair, scalp, body massage oils

• Fresh and/or dried flowers and herbs

• 3 pieces of ribbon

Important event information:

The gathering will be held next to a large body of water on a vast, rural property. Children must be supervised at all times.

You drop into another dimension during birth. We’ve all heard this, some have experienced it. But what is this other world? What is there for you when you arrive? What does it feel like to compress and expand time? Who and what will you meet there?

Join me for a 90 minute workshop on Saturday, April 22nd for an expansive discussion and mini meditation.

We will swim through the 5 brainwave states, touch on stoicism, Bhakti yoga, meditative breath work and maybe a few other spiritual and mindfulness tools along the way.

Pregnant, planning or postpartum women are all welcome.

No children please. This event requires your full and focused attention, please make arrangements for childcare ahead of time.
